The first period with my daughter was different from what I had expected.

 

 

 

She developed an irritating skin condition. Due to medication, a weakened immune system, and the winter period we were in, her skin became increasingly sensitive. Her skin felt dry, reacted more quickly to external factors, and clearly needed extra attention.

As a mother, at such a moment, you only want one thing: to find something that works for your child.

So, my search began.

I tried various products. Some felt pleasant, others were very noticeable in terms of scent or ingredients. But each time, I felt like I wasn't quite finding what I was looking for. I was looking for care that felt gentle, was consciously formulated, and that I, as a mother, could fully support.

That search eventually became the foundation of Flomea Care.

Not because I thought the world needed another baby brand. But because I believed there was room for baby care that radiated peace, gentleness, and trust.

Why is a baby's skin more sensitive?

A baby's skin is different from an adult's.

In the first years of life, the skin is still developing. This can make the skin more sensitive to external factors, such as cold, wind, dry air, or temperature changes.

Especially in winter, many parents notice that their child's skin can feel drier. Factors such as illness, medication, or a weakened immune system can also affect how the skin feels.

Every baby is different. What works well for one child may not automatically be the right choice for another.

The importance of gentle care moments

During my search, I discovered something that was perhaps even more important than the product itself.

Care is not just about what you apply to the skin.

It's also about the moment.

A moment together after the bath.

A gentle massage.

A hug before your child goes to sleep.

It is precisely these small moments of peace and attention that can be so valuable in a busy day.

I wanted to bring that feeling back into Flomea Care.

The inspiration behind Flomea Care

Flomea Care originated from a personal quest.

A quest for products that made me happy as a mother. Products that fit a conscious lifestyle, but above all contribute to pleasant care moments between parent and child.

I still often think back to that period with my daughter.

Not because it was always easy.

But because it showed me how important it is to listen carefully to what your child needs.
